This will be my final project! Even though I wanted to create my own recipe I did not have enough to experiment enough! This is the second best thing! Three of my favourite things all mushed together! I will be bringing this for people to enjoy during my final presentation. YUM! Nothing better than a Ferrero Rocher and Nutella Cupcakes!!!!!

Peanut Butter Cups

Even though I love peanut butter cups I would rather go to Dollarama and get a chocolate bar for 65 cents! Maybe eventually I might try this recipe but I think it will take more time than I have at this time! During the summer I will try my best to do this and give them all away because I would eat every one! We will see what my summer has to offer before I try this!

Edible Cookie Dough Complete

So i finally made the raw cookie dough that can not make you sick no matter what. It turned out pretty well! I had a few issues but other than that it tastes pretty good! Watch the video for very in depth instructions! The ingredients for this recipe are:

2 cups sifted flour
1 cup firmly packed down brown sugar
1/2 regular white sugar
3/4 cup of melted butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of milk
1 and 1/2 cups of sprinkles, chocolate chips or anything else you want!
Shape and wrap in saran wrap and leave in the fridge for up to 2 hours to let it harden. Then cut pieces and enjoy!

Here is pictures of the process! I would not recommend using a dough hook like the video said! The dough hook doesn't get deep enough into the right places and leaves dry flour at the bottom. I also found my mixture was too dry. Instead of adding more butter I added more milk. In the end it tasted great. I added chocolate chips to my mixture instead of sprinkles. The longer you leave it in the fridge the more firm it gets. If its too soft it just doesn't work! You can make it into any shape. I personally didn't care and made a log. =>

Edible Cookie Dough!

Did your mom ever tell you not to eat raw cookie dough because it would make you sick? Mine did all the time! The raw egg in cookie dough can make you sick. With this recipe I hope I can tame my craving for cookie dough and have no chance of getting sick! I am going to try this ASAP and I really hope it works out as well as the brownie in a mug!

Brownie in a Mug Complete!

I actually managed to try the brownie in a cup! The recipe was very simple and the end result wasn't too bad either!

These were all the ingredients I needed to make it!
Cocoa, flour, olive oil, water, sugar (white or brown), and of course a mug!

First put 1/4 cup of sugar into the mug. I used brown sugar and it worked just as well.

Next is 1/4 cup of flour. There is no need to stir until all the ingredients are in the mug.

Then you need 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Then 2 tablespoons of olive oil. I used extra virgin olive oil. I didn't try any other kinds because I didn't want to screw it up and waste ingredients!

Lastly put in 3 tablespoons of water.

Now that all your ingredients are in you can stir! Use a normal tablespoon so it fits and there is room to  mix it all the way through.

Make sure there is no dry ingredients left at the bottom! Scrape over the sides and creases at the bottom of the cup! Otherwise you end up with dry pockets after it is cooked.

Put in the microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds on high.

After its done push the top. If its spongy its good to eat! If it is still moist and when you press it it's wet, then put it in another 30 seconds just to make sure!

Add ice cream, chocolate sauce, caramel, whip cream etc. This adds some great flavour and some extra sweetness!

Brownie in a Mug

This is something I have wanted to try for a very long time! Even though I have not had the chance to try it I will definitely try it as soon as I can and get back to everyone with the results. I'll take pictures, record my failures and how it tastes. I hope its as good as regular oven brownies! I have seen one attempt at a brownie in a mug and it was pretty scary! I hope mine turns out great and I will be adding some extras (ice cream, caramel sauce, and more) to make it even more delicious!

Almost too Busy for Supper!

It's been very hard to put aside enough time for baking and cooking! After school, sports, homework and piano there is barely enough time for anything! Even though its been hard I have been able to do a bit of cooking. My cooking this past week ranged from a garden salad to breaded chicken stuffed with bacon and cheese. I did cook a meal that consisted of stuffed chicken, asparagus and potato wedges.
When making stuffed chicken you need to cut the chicken horizontally through the side. Stuff the chicken with whatever you want (best choices are cheese and bacon), then push shut and bread if you want. Put the chicken in the oven at 350 degrees in a glass dish for about 45 minutes and make sure to check! No one wants to eat raw meat!
Asparagus is very easy to overdo. No one wants mush. Put the asparagus in a pot with about two inches of water per clump of asparagus. Put on a lid and bring to a boil. Leave boiling for about 2 minutes then shut it off. The asparagus will continue to cook as long as the lid is on. Make sure to check to make sure you don't overdo it! Also don't forget to strain out the water!
To make the potato wedges you can peel the potatoes or not, depends on your preference! Lay aluminum foil on a flat pan and oil it so they don't stick. Add seasoning or cheese. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices. You can just throw them in with the chicken. Always check to make sure you don't burn them!
The end result is always the best part!

Here is my completed meal before I got into an eating frenzy!
